Review content:
About all this place has going for it is the kitchen is open late - past 10:00 pm on the weeknights. Yes it has a big aquarium, but unless you've never seen one before it's hardly what could be called a main draw. Our waitress had the annoying habit of comment on everything we ordered, we did not ask her for suggestions and evidently our choices were not on her ""A"" list of things to eat or drink at Tiburon. The food was tasty, portions very generous, delivered promptly and at a hot temperature; but is a far cry from true Caribbean unless it's the Minnesotan version of Caribbean (kind of like how ketchup is Minnesotan for spicy). Hardly worth the hefty price tag. Pros: late kitchen hours, large food selection Cons: expensive, wait staff
