Review content:
My girlfriend and myself dined at Tiburon on Saturday, 3/13/04. The service was excellent and we were seated promptly. However, this was where we had our first run-in. The chairs on one side of the table were soaked in a water spill that was never taken care of. Something to note and also something easily dealt with. Our waiter was knowledgeable, and glasses never empty. Food, however, was another matter. My date's salad was bland and comprised of old, brown lettuce. Despite notifying the kitchen of a food allergy, the kitchen did not withhold the specified ingredients from well-undercooked chicken. Quite a dissapointment when everything else fell into place very well.
