Review content:
My family and I got our pictures taken in September, 2009. Michael, the photographer and owner, was polite and the pictures looked great, on the computer. We were promised that the pictures will be ready in 3 weeks. When they did not arrive on time we made multiple calls and knocks at the studio door we were ignored. Finally we received the pictures 5 weeks later. The pictures were nice but some of them needed additional photo shop due to spots that should not have been there. \r
I called and made an appointment and showed up on time only for the studio to be closed. I called and left multiple messages and sent an e-mail, no one responded to me. When I went to the studio out of the blue that is when I was lucky enough to find someone there. He wasn't very helpful but took the pictures that need adjustment (which was most of them) and told me they would be there no later than 2 weeks. After waiting the allowed time, I went to the studio on the delivery date and was met by Michael who was rude and told me the pictures would not be there until the next day, no apology for the delay. He promised he would call when they got there and I requested he call even if they didn't, of course that day came and went and he didn't call me. I went to the studio again 2 days later only to see a sign that said they would be closed for the following three days. I called and left a message. \r
I went to the studio on the date the sign said they would be open and was met by an employee, who I found out later to be Michael's son, and I explained the situation. He stated that he could not find the pictures and when I explained to him how ridiculous this is cut me off while I was talking and was outright rude and really didn't care about my frustrations as the customer. When I addressed his disrespect looked at me like I was an idiot and didn't even bother to apologize. As you can image at this point it has been 2 months from when I took the picture and I was angry. Well finally after threatening a law suit I got a call from Michael explaining the pictures were there the whole time and his son just didn't bother to look in the proper place, I also explained how rude his son was but he did not address that. \r
Today, 11-24-2009, I finally got my pictures only to be treated like crap by his son again, he didn't bother to greet me or apologize for his behavior the other day. He practically tossed the pictures at me with no thank you or anything. The grief these pictures have caused me is not worth it. They do not hesitate to take your money but treat you like dirt once they cash the check. I would never go back to this place, no matter how pretty the pictures might be, and I would never recommend them to anyone I know. To add to this, I was not the only person who took pictures that day and I know at least 5 families who are just as frustrated as I am about this whole situation since they all experienced the same level of customer service.\r
Pros: Pictures came out nice
Cons: Customer service is not worth the pictues
