This is by far THE WORST service I have ever experienced from a car shop. I've been dealing directly with Tom Izzo, who is nothing like the coach. This guy is an absolute nightmare to work with and has TERRIBLE customer service. I am taking my car elsewhere to fix what these guys couldn't. Let me save you a lot of trouble, time and money - keep looking for a car shop, because this one is horrible. I wish I had seen the other negative review on here before I went here.
