I went to make a payment to the store credit card that I used to handle and stopped at one of the vendor's desks. but the sales person messed up the process and security got involved.
I was fine, but I was so mad with the whole incident I sued! and Mr. Madden understood my humilliation and made sure that the staff and owners of the store did too.
