Review content:
Just when you think you know everything about dining out, there comes a surprise. This restaurant has the worst approach to customer svc I have ever experienced. While the atmosphere is comfortable and the restaurant thrives on neighborhood business, the staff and owner have no interest in pleasing their clientele. I ordered a dish in which the chicken tasted odd. When I mentioned it to the management, the little Thai man stuck his finger into my plate, pulled out several pieces of chicken and told me that there was nothing wrong with his food. I didn't eat it, of course. We had an argument about the way he treats his customers, and he still charged me for the meal. (I didn't even get to take my rice home). Odd bunch. Beware! (Bring some Tums).
