I walked into this clinic without an appointment because i had just found a swelling on the back of my dog's\r
rear leg. The doctor explained that this was a swollen lympth node and that multiple lympth nodes were affected. The doctor recommended a biopsy be done. My dog Brutus is an 8 year old rottie and not that easy to work with but this was not really an issue. The diagnosis came back as canine lymphoma. Dr tufaro discussed the various options with my boyfriend and I and also recommended we see an oncologist\r
at the animal medical center for a second opinion. We decided to do chemotherapy with doctor tufaro because of the convenience of getting to the clinic and reasonable price---the clinic gave us a payment plan which was really helpful. My dog Brutus is now eight weeks into therapy and doing exceptionally\r
well. We will always be grateful to dr tufaro and his wonderful assistants for the gentle and knowledgeable care they provide for my dog.
Pros: doctor is knowledgeable-----staff is personable
Cons: clinic can get very busy----if an emergency comes in, you may have to reschedule your appointment.
