I am 48 yrs old & have seen my share of Dr's offices and Dr Ast's office staff rates the worst! It took me 3 days to finally get someone on the phone, they DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. One day I called repeatedly from 9-1 (opening and closing time) desperately trying to get results from testing & in a 4 hr window noone answered the phone. It took me a week to get through to his office! Several times they would pick up the phone and hang up. He has a staff of 4 women sitting at the desk and this is the best they can do? PATHETIC!
Cons: Everthing!
