Their new office IS much better than their old one. Very low key though...no bs. The office staff is not overly friendly but fine. It seems like they have had their share of difficult people...I have heard a few while waiting for my appts. It does take some time to get blood results back, but, I think this is because they have the send them out. Dr. Ast gave me a form though that I can use at Quest so that I can go somewhere closer to me and get my results back faster. Personally, he has helped me in ways that no other doctor has. I totally agree with the previous post too, in that he has helped me with things that seem out of his area of specialty. Knowing what I know now, he has done things for me that all of my previous doctors should have done (ex. check for vitamin B levels, change from brand to generic, recheck my blood work bc something didn't make sense....) On a quick side note...I have been to drs that stink but have very pleasant receptionists...sometimes you have to pick your battles...
