first the food is great. the only burger place to eat south of annapolis. second the location is not optimal it is very hard to get in and out of the parking lot. the last thing and what really ruin my experience here: the managers one guy ( he looks hispanic spends ALL day on the cell phone without ANY respect for customers) another guy (his (nick)name is ""greatness"" and tells it to everybody and even wears it on his uniform. you can usually tell when he's in the BK because it is ALWAYS louder with shouting and other commotion from the kitchen. he also puts his staff down telling them they are slow and showing no patience "" do you need greatness to come help you.... i dont get it why are you so slow. if you cant do it yourself i think i need an upgrade. if you cant work to my standard , and my standards are high, you'll upgraded and looking for a NEW job. if you dont like that just ... GET OUT theres the door use it!!!!!) funny thing is... the service is better on Friday his day off\r

my advice stop in the morning before those two get to work. you'll love the food and hate dining in... for here or to go. to go no doubt
