I had a bid on my home with a 24-hour kick out clause. If someone offered the full asking price, I had 24-hours to settle. The kick out clause was faxed to the real estate office after 5 P.M. on a July 4th. weekend. My agent paged me with the bad news. I knew that Mike was the only person that could possibly pull this off. He is always there for his customers, so I was able to call him on his cell phone. Despite a holiday weekend, Mike accomplished a miracle for me! He was able to get me financing and fax the paperwork in time to fullfill the contract. I have to add that he also got me a fantastic rate for the financing. As a first time home buyer, I was very overwhelmed by the process. Mike helped me understand all of the terms and put my mind at ease. I have complete trust in the fact that Mike always does what is best for his cutomers. ""Don't freak-out, just call Alliance!""\r
