Having gone through the mortgage process five times, I expected much of the same frustrations with my move to Baltimore that I had in my previous experiences with lenders; poor follow up, higher than expected fees & last minute issues. But, when my realtor referred me to Mike Mandis and his team at Alliance Mortgage Funding, she assured me that they were professionals who would not let my family down. She was right. Their staff exceeded my expectations in every way. Knowledgeable, professional and honest, they treated us like friends.\r

They even sent us copies of the local paper, the Sunday Sun, and Baltimore Magazine to us to help us get familiar with Baltimore. They day we moved in, they actually sent us a sandwich platter, which touched my family and me more than I could say. Alliance Mortgage Funding made a very stressful move to Baltimore much easier. It was like they held our hand right up to our new front door. I wouldn't consider anyone else when choosing a mortgage lender.
Pros: They were available to us evenings and weekends.
