Review content:
Beginning in 2001, when I bought my first house in Baltimore, this company (and Mike and Karen are still there today) made my life easy. I've got a good credit rating and yet it still is a detailed brain-damaging expereience to get a mortgage. \r
Since that time I've refinanced 4 times and bought a new house, all with the able assistance of Mike Mandis and team. Most recently, with all the USA mortgage troubles, Mike and Alliance helped me ride out the storm. Even with our 700-760 credit ratings those folks bore up under the paperwork and endless time-consuming tasks required in today's environment.\r
\r
Service is more important when trying to fulfill your dream (buying a house) than anything. \r
