Review content:
Like anyone who purchased goods or services online has found, online reviews are always helpful. But only if they are true. The third review listed here of this company is 100% on, the first 2 reviews are apparently bogus. After several weeks of fighting over an unpaid bill (paid in cash at time of service, the only way they operate) and some research thru local businesses that USED to refer Hook N Haul Towing, but no longer do, I found out that the first review by tractorman was someone who had worked there at the time the reveiw was posted. The second review by miss crackhead is the by owner's wife (this begs to question, would you be married to a crackhead or it is a term of endearment, if so would you be married to someone who called you that?). I understand tooting your own horn, but flat out lying? Wouldn't it be easier to just run a good solid business rather than having to lie to cover your tracks? By the way, the local businesses that used to use Hook N Haul (I talked with 4 that did) stated that they would not use them if they were the last tow company in the world. I AGREE!
