I had the pleasure of meeting my new stylist Daphne at the JC Penney Salon Cedar Hill. I received a touch up on my relaxer, a deep conditioner and a style cut. Although I am not big on wrap sets, because I personally don't like flat hair, Ms. Daphne's wrap set provided so much volume and body, I am 5 days in, and still getting compliments. Yes, Penney's is pricey, but I would say worth it, if you have a stylist that is into healthy hair!
