Our equipment and toys are cleaned DAILY! In fact, one of the most common comments we get each day is how clean the facility is. Each of those small toys are cleaned by hand. Yes there are small toys in the Creative Play Area, it is not a ""toddler area"" but for all ages. Parents are here to supervise their children so they can deem what area to play in or not. Also, counters, surfaces, doors and handles, water fountains, everything, are cleaned throughout each day.\r Only people with children enter our facility. If they do not have children they are here for a tour or to reserve their party for example. If someone comes in to meet someone, we verify who it is they are meeting before they are allowed in and the Front Desk staff are only in the adjacent office (which is open and visible) if they are not directly at the desk. Everyone goes through the Front Desk.\r When it comes to the children in our Short Stay Care area, security codes and ID checking are always in place before anyone enters this area, but when people are coming in to stay and play with their children they do not need to show ID. It is not typical when taking your child to public places and you are with them and staying with them that you need to show ID. And when people purchase a pass of some kind they are usually here playing at the time, with their child.\r The Staff here at PLAY is extremely attentive and interact with the kids by running activities in the gym areas so they are on hand to help out, but again, parents are responsible for supervising their children.\r I am sorry that this person felt so horrible about our facility and even worse that they did not say something to us directly so that we could answer questions and explain policies and procedures.\r We are very proud of our facility and work very hard to keep it clean and provide plenty of safe and fun activities and options.\r Hopefully anyone reading this will decide to make the decision for themselves and will come and check us out. You can come by any time and will be given a guided tour by PLAY Staff (again, people do not just wander through our facility).\r We get lots of feedback from the families that visit here and we always consider that feedback, positive or negative. This facility was developed and has grown based on the requests and suggestions of the families that have supported us for now over six years. We hope to be able to meet you too!
