Sam came and replaced a couple of spots in our carpet that were damaged. One of the spots he couldn't get exactly how he wanted so a couple of days later he called me up and offered back that portion of my pay and referred me to another guy he knows that he felt could make it better. A couple of days later the reimbursement arrived. Not only was he concerned that the job be done right, but was humble enough to admit that somebody else could do best by me the customer. This type of honesty was very refreshing. I will be going with Sam in the future for carpet cleaning when we need our carpet cleaned because this type of honesty is not as common as it should be.
Pros: Great Service. On Time. Cares about quality.
