Let me first start by saying that I am a carpet cleaning company owner- and no it is not Lundstroms. I have known Sam for several years. Someone on here recently accused him of running bogus reveiws. I know that is untrue because that is not a game sam would ever play. I am positive that he would be able to prove EVERY review on here or any other review site. Lundstroms, over time has built an excellent reputation which is their most important business asset. Makes me sad that someone writing a review is questioning that. I have even let him borrow a van when he had a part fail and needed to finish a couple of jobs for customers who needed service that day. I did that not because i am a nice guy (but that is true too) but because I TRUST Sam and his technicians Richard and Martin whom I also know. Plain and simple Lundstroms is legit. If you use them, you too will be writing a positive review.
Pros: Yes, they are Pros
Cons: Nope, no con jobs.
