The crook of all crooks.
These idiots barely know what a car is, never-mind the ""inside parts"". I had a front end collision, they managed to piece together the front end well enough, but never bothered checking for further internal damage, they said the radiator was bent so they replaced it ""just to be sure"". LOL ""Just to be sure"".
When the car began seizing and dying on the highway after getting back and being told it was fixed, I brought it back to the shop and showed them the engine shaking and rocking back and forth and the incredible roaring sound when I pushed on the gas.
He looked inside at my console and saw the check engine light was on and asked me how long it's been on. I told him ""Since I got it back"", lol. He pulled out the dipstick, looked at some perfectly golden oil and told me I needed an oil change.
I asked if he was sure this wasn't related, ya know, to the FRONT END COLLISION he just got paid over $5,000 for? He said, nope. Your check engine light is on, and this here code in the computer means ""oil change"". I laughed so hard I nearly pissed on my fender. I reached into my glove box and handed him a receipt from days before the accident from Jiffy Lube proving I'd had an oil change. He claimed that the oil filter can make an engine sound like that. HAHAHA!
Then, he told me the car was undriveable and simply walked inside leaving me standing there.
I brought the car to a REAL mechanic, not a hack like these jagaloons, and they found a broken radiator had caused damage to the engine and other internal parts which was causing it to overheat & stall. The engine needed to be taken apart and fixed...the whole service department was laughing when I told them what Brian over at Berardi said about an oil change!
Want to get ripped off and then almost DIE because of someone's laziness to double-check their work? Head on over to Berardi and roll the dice.
Want your car fixed? Go someone else - ANYWHERE else. You could probably get your car fixed better at a Taco Bell Drive Through.
These are scumbags, to the very core. Watch your back, you may drive out of there in a possible unsafe vehicle.
I shudder to think if I had my child in the car with me after this Gump worked on it.
