I cannot in any good conscience recommend using this individual. (Jim Strong or J. Strong and Associates) He misdiagnosed the problem as needing a new unit and quickly wanted to get a deposit. In getting a second opinion on the work needed, it turns out the unit is in perfect working condition and it's a problem with the buildings cooling system. If you need AC work do yourself a favor and look elsewhere...
