Based on two reviews ,I called the store and inqured about the service and time it takes em to dry clean a suit , the lady told me it hakes dwo days and they are very good at dry cleaning high end products, so I drove to the store and hand em my $1100 brand new suit which i wore 4 times only and it's heading for it'd first time dry clean, the girl told me it will take five days since it's holidays, i returned 6 days after and when I was handed my suit i take of the cover and find, threads are pulled out of the suit jacket-hait and threads are all over sticking to the textile, the fiber of this brand new italian suit has been tortured to the point that the fiber is stretched beyonf it's limits on the pockets the sleve and else where, I asked them waht they did to it they told that they did nothing and that's normal for suits to become this way after 1st dry clean, they told they will remove the hair and the other thread but they wont be able to do anything about stretching the fiber that they cause nor about the threads that was being pulled out fromt the suit during dry clean, I left and came back the next day I found that my black suit has been bleached wat to much and the color of the jacket and the trousres do not mach exactly any more, i paid them for damaging my suit and left this store nad will never back!\r The two blonde ladies at the counter have hatefyl attitude and i think they did this on purpose or may be tis how this store is , but if you have a high end suits do not bring to this store since they will ruin it and charge $20 for that, I would pay $50 for a good dry clean but thos store costed me $1100 the price of my suit and a very low class people to deal with!
