I needed a quick fix. Coupon came in the mail. When I saw there machine I should have said NO Like any company there will always be hidden fees. Thats where they take you. They used our hot water and I can tell you the water was not hot because we control it.\r
Save your money go buy a Bissel carpet cleaner and do it your self.\r
They just left and I'm kicking my self for letting them do the job.....DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
