I wish I had done some investigation before I made an appointment and let these thieves into my home. They truly don't even deserve 1 star like iris826 said because they do not honor their advertised prices. I hired them to clean my duct work for the HVAC system and they proceeded to put on a very theatrical show about how horrible the mold is in my house despite my good mold inspection report that I had done a month ago. The lead technician supposedly called someone at the laboratory that did my mold testing and they tried to discredit my test results! Then he quoted me $3000 to remediate my home of mold. I said absolutely not because I only wanted them to clean the ducts. Then they dropped their price to $1500. When I kept saying no, he called his ""manager"" and said they could give us a deal of $800 if we did it today. I still said no and I said I wanted them to leave. They wouldn't leave because they said they expected to do work on our ducts... ha! I wanted them to do work too, but it was obvious they wouldn't do it without a nice price tag on it. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. The worst part is... the lead technician had a trainee with him. Way to keep the fraud going at this company!
