Review content:
I was having severe back pain. I went to a local urgent care They gave me pain meds and told me to follow up with my primary physician which I did. one visit to the office I was told I need to have a MRI the office told me I needed approval from my insurance. I was given two days of pain meds from urgent care and none from primary. After almost a week they said they were still waiting for approval for MRI and they didn't have time to see me until the next day. Told me to go back to urgent care for more pain meds. So I did in severe pain. Waited there for two hours then ended up going to hospital. The next day I called my insurance to find out why they were not approving the MRI. Turns out I never needed approval. What kind of staff do they have working there. The doctors are good but if the front desk staff doesn't want to do their jobs as well as the nurses why go there. Don't bother complaining to office manager apparently they are just as worthless. Bottomline still in pain, still can't move, still waiting for MRI.
