Review content:
Maybe it was visiting the store on a Saturday that was a bad idea, but if the company feels the sales girl staffed that day represents the store well, they can forget about any customers having a pleasant experience no matter what the day of the week. Completely unprofessional, the assistant had no time to discuss our kitchen remodel with us because she was ""busy"" in the backroom doing her paperwork, but she did make sure to take the time to mention some other brands and refer to them as ""cr*p."" The girl seemed to think that her soft-closing drawers were the latest thing that had happened in kitchen cabinetry... not sure how this level of knowledge counts as upscale expertise. It was a dumbfounding experience. My advise: even IKEA sounds like a nice experience next to the Tunis showroom. If zero stars were an option...
