THE BAD.- I asked to ""cut it to my shoulders and layer it down a little"". But my hair looks now like a mushroom with a mullet gone out of control. Sure it was not much money spent, it was rather wasted because I have wait until who knows when to have a little bit of longer hair, and go somewhere else to have this mess fixed. THE GOOD.-The staff is quite nice, and courteous. The location is good. The place is clean. TIP.-Go on weekdays because is less crowded. Be VERY specific of what you want. and how you want it. Bring a picture, if possible. You might be able to be very happy with the results if you specify. I failed to give detailed instructions of what I wanted because I thought ""cut it tu my shoulders and layer it down a little"" was enough. :(
