I came to this place (on Speedway) because they appeared to be reputable, qualified, and fair. I WON'T be returning, and this is why: They figured out the problem after spending an hour on it (luckily, free!), and offered me an out-the-door quote to get it fixed. I thought it seemed way over-priced so I did my research online and took my vehicle back to get a second opinion. The guy claimed that they install very high quality parts, with a warranty, hence the price. The rebuild of this part was to cost way more than a brand new part (weird, I thought). I instead went to Simmons 4x4 in south Tucson. They gave me a quote of a little more than a third of the cost of Aastro! They performed the work the NEXT day and actually charged me less than the quote! This saved me nearly $500 on a fairly simple fix. I'm pretty sure AAstro takes advantage of those who know little about vehicles or cost (I was given the quote before demonstrating my knowledge). DO YOUR HOMEWORK, AND GO ELSEWHERE!!!
