Review content:
We scheduled a wine tour with Dulles Limo. The website advertises that they have pre-determined tours that you can take. When we got to the first winery they were not expecting us as the company never called ahead to book us a reservation. It was NEVER mentioned to me that we would need to or that we should call ahead and make reservations. Luckily, the first place was able to take us. The subsequent wineries were not which caused us to have to change our plans. We did NOT get the service for which we paid. When I called to talk to a manager about this he was completely rude and inconsiderate. You definitely get what you pay for with Dulles Limo - they were the cheapest for a reason! Next time I will pay more and actually get a service for which I paid! I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!
