Not impressed with their customer service. Was in there the other day and there was no one watching the inflatable slides. There were multiple children and it about fell over with all the children inside. When I called HDD's number and asked for someone to come over someone did about 10 minutes later and stayed for 5 minutes and left to watch the news about Michael Jackson's death.\r

Then I sent a FYI to the company to let them know that some parents had smacked their heads on their bench and the ""owner, Eddie"" told me that he thought it was a joke and the people in his office that he read it to made some comments that he couldn't repeat. What kind of customer service is this? I am greatly offended and my child will not be back!
