THE WORST OF THE WORST!! Well new to the area I found this shop (where I was getting crickets).The guy that works their is very mean and has a bad attitude. And of no help at all. And Lord dont ask a question especially if your new to Reptiles you wont like the answer of clear annoyance. And thats just going to buy crickets and worms. So, now they sold me the wrong heat lamp for my dragons which in turn they got sick. Im caring for my daughters dragons temp. the lamp went out so my daughter told me what to buy. Well, the guy lectured me (with annoyance and attitude) on how I was gonna kill the dragons so I listened to him and went home with the wrong heat lamp. I tried to exchange it but he was being so rude and mean about it and continued to say I was gonna kill them. My daughter had to call the shop from Virgina to tell the guy to give me what I needed. So I just got it, the proper watts. The guy charged me $5.00 for usage of the wrong light he sold me in the first place. Then my daughter found out they charged me $84.00 for a $50.00 lamp. I learned my lesson! LL Reptile in Escondido is 35 miles from me but their AWSOME and VERY helpful. I Will be traveling to buy crickets from them these guys are not getting a dollar one from me!
