Glass-Mend was the second place I tried from my YP search on my Smartphone yesterday and he did a great job! I was traveling to Fargo, ND yesterday and got a chip in my windshield on the driver's side. I thought for sure with the heat the windshield would crack all the way across if I did not get it fixed immediately. I first called Safelite but they could not schedule me until the next day. I'm a busy person and could not take the time off work or travel 150 miles again to fit their schedule. Glass-Mend met me in a parking lot in Fargo at the time we agreed upon. I was a little scare at first when the Cutless Supreme drove up and Tom introduced himself. However, after a few good jokes and a phone call with my insurance company, Tom went to work on my windshield. He finished the job in about an hour and I can't tell where the crack was at. This call and Tom's work through Glass-Mend probably saved me from that dreaded $500 deductible and a new windshield. Thanks Glass-Mend and thanks to Tom for the great jokes about George Bush! J2K
