Have seen Dr. Theriault several times and she is great. Last appointment with Dr. Wallner was unacceptable. I was the first appointment after lunch and waited 45 minutes. Was about to put clothes on and leave when heard Dr. outside room say, ""Let me finish up with this patient and we'll talk."" \r No apology was offered for wait time. We discussed initial concern- was rushed through explanation. Did not do mole check, and abrutly left the room leaving questions unanswered.\r I understand docs can get behind, however I'm a working professional with meetings and schedules and my time is valuable too. I would never meet a client 45 minutes late, not apologize, and then rush them out.\r The most-defining point is that when I left the room after getting dressed, Dr. Wallner was talking to a pharmaceutical rep. \r Guess free samples were more important than the patient. They have lost a loyal patient and all referrals. Pros: Dr. Theriault is great Cons: terrible service
