I visited Chico's recently to do a little christmas shopping. There was a decent selection of women's apparel but the prices were WAY TOO expensive for my taste! They didn't have the best customer service but at least I was greeted at the door! I didn't end up buying anything because of the prices. You can get the same quality of clothing for less at Ross or Forever 21!
