Review content:
The service at this O'Charley's hasn't improved since I was there last. Their wait staff are slow, they don't get the orders right, and the food wasn't what we ordered. The manager came over and gave us coupons, and told us to come back again. I doubt that we will. We used to go there regularly on hour lunch hour because we work in the area, but the service got so poor we stopped going about 5 months ago. Thought we'd give them another chance. It didn't turn out well. It took us 40 minutes to get our food, then my friend's order wasn't right. Sad to say, we won't go back again.
