Businiess name:  Kim Tar Restaurant

Review content:
If you go to Kim Tar, you have to order their ""house"" noodles. Flat, wide rice noodle - house special. Comes with duck, fish balls, chicken, liver and everything.\r \r I love to get this with the soup on the side - ""dry"" style.\r \r This is NOT vietnamese - it's a Chinese style of cooking from the Chiu Chow region of China. \r \r These noodles have a little taste of everything - seafood, duck, chicken, pork, and are out of this world. \r \r I used to drive 2 hours each way to have a bowl or two of these great noodles - but sadly, all of the chain restaurants are closed but for a few in Los Angeles, one in San Jose and one in Las Vegas.\r \r Not only are the noodles great but the portion sizes are huge! Great price and generous servings.\r \r You won't regret the stop.\r \r
