Myself and my wife decided to go on a trip for my birthday so we had to find somewhere for the dogs to stay. we have three shih tzu's. Called they quoted me the price and size over the phone so decided to board them there. We we arrived we regretted it right away looked horrible the pool was filled with algae. We asked to see a bigger cage and the entire place was a mess. Because we had already prepaid our trip so we went ahead. When we picked them up three days later they were all covered in there own pee. .They all looked horrible. The lady tried to explain by saying oh you should have let us know they had a pee problem. In my mind I wanted to know why they didn't even bother to was the pee off of them. I know we only paid for boarding but most boarders will take care of your dog. Then when we got them home they all had to use the bathroom two of the multiple times. So I highly doubt they even walked em properly. this place is horrible do not take your pet there
