I bought my first house from this builder and have been extremely disappointed. They will be all over you when you go to buy and after the sale is done and you have issues they would disappear. I have had issues in the house from the very beginning and every time i've had difficulty getting attention from anyone in their office. They are very insensitive to the resident issues.I would recommend people to absolutely stay away from this builder.
