All American Title of Ruskin / Southshore is a lousy Title company that could not get their documents correct if they only had 3 closings a week all month. \r

Oh, wait, that is what they had on their board when I saw it, 12 closings for October, and they still could not get their paperwork and checks straight.\r
\r
But they have really good cookies.\r
\r
I guess that they think it is ok not to pay Realtors for 11 days, but pay the selling Realtor, and themselves on the day of closing. This company misrepresented paying some taxes in October, then stated they would be paid on 11-30. A long time in the future for a company that can't get a check correct to save their lives.\r

But they have good cookies.\r
\r
So, if you are under stress to close your home, eat cookies at this Title Company, but go elsewhere to complete the closing. These people can't get out of their own way, and substantially misrepresent the facts.\r
