Review content:
Being able to be apart of a co-op is so much better than renting. I have own 2 homes in the past in another state and did not want to go into that debt again. This gives me the freedom of being the owner and freedom to my own style but not the problems of maintance at a very low cost. I have a 3bedroom 1.5 bath with basement and paying only $611.00 per month and that is including my water and trash.
