Review content:
After hearing seedy reviews of this formal wear chain, I visited as a last resort. I was pleasantly surprised. Very.\r \r In fact, I was so impressed, I ended up getting my dress here after visiting the more posh, quaint boutiques throughout Atlanta.\r \r First, I browsed the store and made it clear to the receptionist that I was not there to try on gowns. I found some impressive gowns, so I made an appointment for the next day.\r \r I received absolutely stellar service from K. Brady: friendly, sweet, supportive, patient, great sense of humor, and a genuine talent for matching personality, body type, and circumstance to the appropriate wedding gown. She spent two hours with me, and I tried about 20 dresses. I narrowed it down to two dresses, and I couldn't decide. She never once pressured me to buy. I was relieved I could even put the dress on layaway one I did decide.\r \r It was a crowded, busy Saturday at the store, but I did not once feel stressed, overwhelmed, or neglected. In fact, I had a lot of fun! I was so impressed!\r \r While I have had some very unpleasant gown-shopping experiences, I believe the quality of service depends on the management of the store and the quality of employees who work there. Granted, there are some horrible employees and attitudes out there, but Davids at Town Center took the cake!
