Review content:
I was discharged today as the Office Assistant at Springville Mill apartments for reasons I actually wish to discuss with the residents who either do live there or are thinking about it. The following accusations were made regarding my performance that led to my termination. *I was not innovative, offering no ideas to save the company money or produce anything meaningful for the company. ""--------"" I made two suggestions regarding the sorry excuse for a newsletter they put out every quarter, one was for a featured pet of the quarter and the other was for a trivia contest with the winner receiving a $20 gas card. Both were shot down. I also suggested we find a way to get residents to get in contact with us through e-mail for those who had computers since we waste a million pieces of paper each day, shot down. *My work area was disorganized or constantly in disarray. For having one coke can and one plastic cup for water on my desk so I could stay hydrated in an office that never dipped below 75 degrees, I was deemed disorganized. *Generally uncooperative when reasonable requests were made- Such as not filling the candy dish that nobody ever took candy from. *Giving inaccurate information through e-mail and phone regarding utility policy. If they didn't have such a cock eyed way of explaining it, it would be easier. We pay for water and gas, you pay for electricity, enough said. *Being discourteous to anybody who came in the office. Just because I didn't acknowledge or say Hi to every soul that walked into that office within 2 seconds doesn't mean I'm an -------. Ladies and Gentlemen, there is a reason that CHFA (The properties mortgage holder) will soon be foreclosing on the property. If you are a current resident, you need to be aware of what management is NOT telling you. The reason some residents complain is that the incompetent management treats you like a monthly rent check, so long as you pay your rent, your cool with management, but god forbid the office guy tries to make things better for everybody that lives there, tries to make it more interactive and fun. I stand behind my comments that Springville Mill is a great place to live, but to actually work there with a couple of incompetent people makes me understand why CHFA wants a change of management. I could run that place piss drunk on whiskey and high as a kite and I wouldn't even have to try that hard.
