We wanted 2 King 2 room suite, they said they had no such room, although their own website offered that. We debated over the rooms and prices and finally after about 10 mins said well we have a penthouse we booked it. Our friends ended up getting there before we did, she was absolutely digusted by the room, when I got there I realized she was not lying. Stains all over the floor, 1 room with crusty brown stuff on the blanket, a pubic hair & splashed poo stains on the toilet, very apparent bodily secretion stains on the couch. I hope you have your tetanus shot or just steer clear of the rusty refrigerator. There were missing cabinet doors, some of the doors to the rooms were hanging on by just one side. The fans looked like they've never been dusted. Wall paper that looked like it was put on in the 70's peeling off the walls probably so digusted by the room it wanted to leave, mold on the walls in some of the rooms. It would be an awesome room if it was majorly updated the view is great several windows but when you turn back around you still have that mess of a room to deal with. It looked like a major party room, but they have $250 damage deposits why are they not using them!!! They had another it wasn't much better, but heard from another friend that her regular 2 bed room was nice, just old. We booked 2 rooms that join, it was much nicer from the looks. My room I had 2 ask them to fix the bathroom lights 2 times. Most of the outlets weren't working, my friends air conditioner wasn't working, tubs were filthy. House keeping was high on some sort of illegal substance (no exaggeration). Front desk had a no care attitude. Also asked us to sign some other receipts she didn't bring a pen with her for me to sign it, so when I checked out I asked if I could sign them now, they had wrote on the paper ""refused to sign"". They said they were updating them, well they shouldn't even offer them till it's fixed. Pros: You could score some illegal substance from house keeping if your into that Cons: Horrible health situation unless you don't care about your health
