Review content:
I start with the web site of Buick, as with all the car makers, they offer a build your own function, but they also offer to ""check inventory"" which lead me to work with Kent and Matt. I visited Dominion with the mission of seeing the inventory item that I found on the web. I was lucky to run into Kent when I got to the dealer and he was taking me around the lot looking at their inventory. The car I was interested in wasn't there. Unlike many sales people, Kent didn't try to talk me into something else... he listened to my wants and desires, understood that I thought the dealer had something else to offer and he set out to find out how to bridge the communication ""problem"". There wasn't a problem, Kent dug and searched and he found the car that the Buick web site had given us... it was being driven as a demo, I bought it and was relieved that I found a sales person who actually listened to what I said. Thanks Kent!
