Review content:
Those who read this and are familiar with Dawson's Coffee in Boise, ID., I think would agree they're a pretty good coffee house in Boise, at least as far as the downtown location goes. But when I moved to Salt Lake City, I searched high and low for a coffee house that was like Dawsons because Dawsons is now what I measure every other coffee house by. During the past year and I half that I've lived in SLC, I have visited the ole standby, Starbucks, but I also went to a bunch of other locally owned coffee houses, but none of them compared to Dawsons. And I was getting pretty discouraged and I was about to give up my search in Salt Lake City for a coffee house that measured up to Dawsons, and it was by chance that I was driving around in the Avenues, a neighborhood about half mile east of the state Capital building, and I stumbled across a coffee house named Jack Mormon Coffee. I landed the Jackpot! They have top of the line equipment in their store. They make everything from scratch. Nothing is automatic. And It's a family owned and run business. I order at least three Jack Frosts from there per week. I highly recommend the place.
