Review content:
I wanted to wait a couple of years to post this, just to make sure. Read on, you'll see why.\r

I've been seeing Dr. Cox 5-6 years. He's done great work and has not caused me or my husband a bit of pain, despite some significant procedures.\r
But, I always took my kids to a pediatric dentist in Brentwood. Fully themed-out office, video arcade games, etc. and the dentist is a mom herself. So, about 2 years ago I take them in for their regular 6 month check-up. They've always had the sealant applied to their teeth and had never had a single cavity. This checkup, however, the dentist told me they each had 4 cavities!! She showed me the films, which of course I'm not trained to interpret, or even know if they're being misinterpreted. Regardless, a red flag went up. I decided to take them to Dr. Cox for a 2nd opinion. Instead of re-doing the x-rays, he and his wonderful staff obtained the one's already made and paid for from the pediatric dentist in Brentwood. Dr. Cox evaluated them, and my kids' teeth, also showed the films to Dr. Byrdwell and had no hesitation that my kids had zero cavities!! It's been 2 years and they still don't have cavities. I'd think if the Brentwood dentist had some special sight or evaluation techniques that all those cavities she found 2 years ago would have fully materialized by now. Nothing!
Pros: Honest, Pain-free
Cons: none!
