PLEASE! Do not take or send your doll to this place! They have either lost or thrown away my granddaughters doll. It was given to her by her Great Great Grandmother and was the only doll she ever played with. I sent it to them for repairs. Now the person I talked to is no longer there and the owner has no idea about my doll. As you can imagine, my Granddaughter is devastated! The owner also tries to rush me off the telephone and has even hung up on me! I only put the 1 star because I had to. I am also contacting the Better Business Bureau and anyone else I can think of that might help. I have never had anything like this happen before. She kept saying they were a small business, this is even more of a reason to give excellent service.\r
