Review content:
Last visit they scratched my hood when trying to remove sap. If it doesn't RUB out, don't SCRAPE it and leave permanent marks on my car!
Today's visit - (went there because friend gave me a pass for an emissions inspection and car wash - was no better. I was greeted with surliness by the emissions guy. When complete, I offered to pay the upcharge for the interior car service too. No ""thank you,"" no offer to sell me additional services, and no interaction. Just processed the upcharge I requested and sent me back inside.
When complete, I ran two errands and went home to process my car tag renewal online. The State could not find the emissions test having been transmitted. I tried both online, auto-phone, and with a person over the phone. No record of the emission test with the state (these are usually instantly transmitted when performed).
I called AutoNutz three times with no answer. I tried to leave a message yet the mailbox was full. I drove back there as they were closing. All employees were driving off and the one lone employee said he was not certified in inspections. I asked him to find out how or why the test results were not transmitted. He repeated he was not certified. I asked him to call someone. He refused and told me to return the next day.
I will pay a penalty as my car tag renewal was due today. I should have done it earlier yet have done it this way other places each year with absolutely not one issue.
Ick to Car Nutz!
