Review content:
I bought a 1999 Ford Mustang Conv. from REAL-MUSCLE-1 on eBay Motors in May 2009. My father and I flew down there to get the vehicle. It took longer than I expected to get the funds from my retirement account. I paid for the car with a wire transfer. During the time I was working to get the funds transferred, I was keeping in touch with Luz at his shop and filling her in on every detail of what was happening with the money. I must have talked to her about 8-9 times a day. Well, this guy was NOT keeping in touch with his employee and called my dad's cell phone and started cussing on the voicemail wondering where the payment was. If he had talked to his employee even once, he would have known what was going on. Also, in his ebay ad, he said he car was accident and damage free. But according to carfax, it WAS in an accident. He also stated there was no other damage to the vehicle. However, the vent cowl as broken and it is going to cost me $375 to replace it. The vehicle also had a recent paid job and a bad one at that. I found drips and smudges where whomever painted it did a really crappy job. I also found tape on the gas cap where it had been taped off for painting. Now, I could have found this out by doing a carfax myself or having it inspected prior to buying it. But, I have always believed that people are honest. My mistake. This guy will say and do anything to sell a vehicle. I would seriously have second thoughts if you are considering buying from this dealership. Don't trust a word that comes out of his mouth. Also, on the very last day of being able to leave feedback on ebay for a transaction, he opened an Unpaid Item case on me and then closed it 1 second later. My guess is because I didn't leave feedback on him when the reason is because I didn't want to lie and leave good feedback when he didn't deserve it. I have sent filed a compaint against him with eBay Motors and submitted a reimbursement request for the cost of the vehicle and/or repairs. My advice...STAY AWAY FOR THIS DEALERSHIP.
Pros: there are non
Cons: lies...lies...lies...
