My wife and I spend in excess of $1,000 per year having our cars cleaned at Rocket Lube. Recently, my wife's vehicle's wheels were damaged by the conveyor that pulls the cars through the car wash. She returned to speak to the manager Tim Robinson and ask for compesation for damages. Tim accused her of trying to extort money from the company and accused her of lying about where the damaged occured. I would not recommend this business to anyone. Rocket Lube could have compensated us the $300 to ensure our satisfaction and repaired the wheels and been a receiver of future revenues from us, good review, and avoided any legal proceedings. .
