I know, I know- it's just another Coffee Bean....but what makes it so special is the store manager and her staff (don't know her name) are genuinely warm, and know all their customers by name and drink. No matter who is working, they all seem to make the most of their work day and their interactions with customers. I always order the same thing (2 shots of expresso with a dash of coffee- I know, weird!) and they always have it ready before I've even payed.
Though citysearch reviews typically benefit smaller businesses, I felt it was still necessary to give props to an excellent Coffee Bean whose staff makes me feel like I'm supporting a local coffee shop.
